Healthy Stir Fry | Recipe



Who doesn't like a good stir fry whether it's after a long school/work day or after a chilled day in? One of my favourite cooking ingredients would definitely be chili, so this recipe is definitely one of my favs. I love how it has a kick to it, the taste actually satisfies me whether it's in a curry, stir fry or even sweet chilli crisps! 

If you're in a rush or just want a quick and easy meal, this is definitely one for you! While being filling, it also doesn't leave you that bloated, which is definitely a positive. It also is cheap as you can get the ingredients from a local supermarket and they are all very basic ingredients which you can someones get on a deal from Tesco's (if you live nearby one). To top it off, it is also really good for you, so why not give it a try yourself!
