THINGS I WANT TO DO THIS SUMMER

Since it's now the summer holidays, I thought it would be a good idea to make a list of things that I want to do by the end of summer. I am going away to Greece for 9 days in a week or so, therefore some of these are aimed for my holiday. I hope some of you are inspired by some of my ideas and I would love to see some of your summer 'to do' ideas.


Go to the gym or for a run at least 4 times a week. I like exercising on a regular basis, but I recently haven't been doing as much because school's been making me tired. Now that it's summer I want to aim to go about 4 times a week so that I can keep fit during the summer.

Cliff Jumping. I've always wanted to do this and now that i'm going abroad and its going to be hot it will make it a lot easier and funner to do. I also really want to get a picture doing this.

Read more books. I want to read at least 4 books over the summer holidays. I prefer reading books like journal/lifestyle layout, e.g. Love Tanya. They motivate me to want to read more as they are full of pictures and I like reading about other people. (I might make a reading list of good books that I have read over the summer)

Try new types of food. On holiday, this will be really fun and a new experience. I will make sure to do a blog post on Greek food!

Travel journal on my blog. I think this would be a great thing to look back on in a few years and it will be fun to make. The posts will be up a week after I get back because i'm having a break from blogging while on holiday to spend time with my family. But I will make sure to schedule posts to go up while i'm away so that you guys still have something to read on here.

Spend lots of days relaxing by the beach. Who doesn't love chilling on the beach with a picnic and a book! This has to be one of my favourite things to do in the summer and I want to spend a lot of time doing it especially on holiday.

Start a journal. I want to start a journal to make notes about exercising, diet and upcoming events. I think that it will help me stay organized as I love being organised and it will literally help me so much.

Drink lots of water. Drinking water benefits you in many ways from making you feel more awake to clearing up your skin and giving you a natural glow.

Eat mostly natural foods. Eating natural foods helps you tone up and become fit. 

Get a sun tan. What girl doesn't want a sun tan during summer!

Spend time with friends and family. This one is easy but I want to spend more time going out for meals and not just at home.
